NationalSanctityofHumanLifeDay | Life Matters

"Domine probasti me et cognovisti me...O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.”

Today is ‪‪#NationalSanctityofHumanLifeDay which is very special to me because I am adopted.

When you are adopted, every day you thank your biological mom for giving you life and your adoptive mother for having the Christian heart to love and raise you.

While I was created in the womb, as scripture tells us in Psalm 139:13

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb," it is other words in this same chapter that inspires me to know how thankful I am of my parents who adopted me.

Like the Lord says, ‘He has chosen us’ my mom and dad chose me. The Lord's hand guides me (Verse 10).

As we celebrate the end of Roe v. Wade, we recognize that every life is precious.

As a member of Congress, I will author the Protecting the Sanctity of Life Month (PSALM) Act to designate the thirty days before Mother's Day as a celebration honoring the lives saved that would've been lost through abortion.

The difference in this election, which we will learn about via this job interview process, is our life experiences. My background makes me uniquely qualified to represent CD3.

Issues like education, where I am the only candidate who has been a teacher. I was there at Ground Zero as a paramedic where I witnessed the horrors of Islamic terrorism first hand. I am a physician assistant and a healthcare executive so I understand, better than anyone, the epidemic of government overreach during the pandemic. These are significant issues that Republicans are discussing in today's political environment.

I need your help. As voter seeing this job interview process; I hope that you agree that I am the candidate most uniquely qualified to serve our community. I hope you will help me help you by making CD3 and America Great Again!

John Porro

Candidate,

Texas 3rd Congressional District
